As chief people officer, David is responsible for overseeing the global human resources function at Haskell. In this role, he leads the teams responsible for driving the company’s human capital management strategy – including talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, team member relations, culture and engagement programs – to support the company’s continued growth, innovation and profitability by enhancing leadership and talent practices to create a work environment that fuels Haskell’s differentiation in the market for our team members and our clients.

Capitalizing on the Haskell culture of creating things that matter and building on its strong foundation of trust and authenticity, David and his team were instrumental in promoting team member learning and engagement, resulting in company recognition as a Training Global Top 100 organization for nine years in a row, as well as numerous regional best places to work awards.
