Shaw Promoted to Leader of Fast-Growing Industrial Water Division

Having exceeded expectations since launching Industrial Water in 2018, Tiffany Shaw relishes serving commercial clients, mentoring her growing team.

Tiffany Shaw is being promoted to Division Leader of Industrial Water at Haskell, the company has announced.

With more than 20 years of experience in civil and environmental engineering, Shaw most recently held the unique dual role of Industrial Water Marker Leader and Director of Project Development.

Haskell’s Industrial Water Division was established in 2018 to meet the needs of internationally known clients, particularly those in the Food & Beverage and Consumer Products Manufacturing industries. Shaw has grown her division to a team of eight, tapping into more than 40 in-house engineering and construction professionals to serve this highly specialized market Water is a core Haskell market, and the Industrial Water market has grown beyond the company’s expectations under Shaw’s leadership, tripling its budgeted revenue in 2021.

“The biggest accomplishment in my career has been establishing the Industrial Water Division at Haskell,” Shaw said. “It started as an initiative that had incredible potential, and we have been able to secure new customers while we’ve extended the offering to existing customers.”

Shaw joined Haskell in 2014 as Technical Design Manager in the Water Division. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and several technical certifications, she brought a wealth of design experience, including the planning, design and construction management of pipelines, pump stations, sanitary sewers and storm drain systems for multimillion-dollar water and wastewater treatment facilities. He expertise elevated the Water Division from a construction-only focus to one that allowed Haskell to bring some design in-house.

From her beginnings at the company to her most recent promotion, Shaw has always pursued opportunities that impact Haskell’s future. She is a leader by example who believes in mentoring her fellow team members and creating accountability within the Industrial Water Division.

“My goal is to provide exceptional experiences for our clients and demonstrate how to be a team player and achieve work-life effectiveness,” she said. “In addition to my example, I make sure to take the time to mentor fellow team members. Getting to know the people I work with daily beyond just work increases my sense of well-being and hopefully theirs as well.”
